Privacy notice

What we collect

Our website doesn’t require an account and doesn’t ask for payment details. The only personal information we collect online is what you choose to enter in the appointment request form: your name, phone number, email address, your dog’s name, breed, and size, the grooming you’re requesting, a preferred date, and any notes you add.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request and arrange your dog’s grooming appointment. We don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists.

Requests are delivered to the salon through Resend, which processes the information on our behalf so it can reach us by email. Resend also sends an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide.

Maps

Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and “Get Directions” links open Google Maps. Google may collect information when you use those features, according to its own privacy policy.
